1. Acceptance
By accessing or using CodeNile Ops AI, you agree to these Terms of Service and the accompanying Privacy Policy. If you are not authorized by CodeNile Technologies L.L.C-FZ to use the service, you must not access it.
2. Authorized access
CodeNile Ops AI is intended for internal and otherwise specifically authorized business use. Access credentials, connected accounts and approval privileges must not be shared with unauthorized persons.
3. Permitted use
You agree to use CodeNile Ops AI only for legitimate, authorized business purposes. You must not bypass access controls, interfere with service operation, access data you are not authorized to access, misrepresent approval authority, or use connected Google data for advertising, resale or unrelated profiling.
4. Connected services
CodeNile Ops AI may integrate with services such as Google Gmail and Telegram. Use of those services remains subject to their applicable terms and policies. Where Gmail is connected, the application is designed to request read-only access for business expense processing.
5. Human approval and automated assistance
CodeNile Ops AI may use automated systems, including artificial intelligence, to assist with classification, extraction, routing or recommendations. Automated output may be incomplete or inaccurate and should not be treated as independent authority for a consequential business decision.
The expense workflow is designed so that an authorized human approves or rejects an expense candidate before it becomes an approved canonical expense record.
6. Operational records
The service may preserve source references, integrity hashes, approval events and audit information to support traceability, reconciliation, security and compliance.
7. Availability and changes
CodeNile may update, suspend or modify CodeNile Ops AI as operational requirements evolve. We aim to operate the service reliably, but uninterrupted or error-free operation is not guaranteed.
8. Responsibility
To the extent permitted by applicable law, users remain responsible for reviewing information and exercising appropriate business judgment before relying on automated output or approving transactions.
9. Changes to these Terms
These Terms may be updated as the service, integrations or applicable requirements evolve.
